Placing an order generates an automated Order Acknowledgement email. However, your order is only officially confirmed when you receive a separate Order Confirmation email from our team at sales@pksafety.in.

This confirmation is sent after we verify stock availability and, for credit accounts, credit approval. Please do not assume the order is confirmed based on the acknowledgement alone.

Order modifications or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing sales@pksafety.in with your order number. After this window:

• Standard orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery destination and are shown at checkout. If your order arrives visibly damaged or with missing items, follow these steps immediately:

• Take photos/videos of the damaged packaging and products before opening completely
• Note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt / POD (proof of delivery) if possible
• Email us at info@pksafety.in with your order number, photos, and description within 48 hours of delivery

Claims reported after 48 hours cannot be processed. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified transit damage at no extra cost to you.

As per our Terms & Conditions, ownership and risk of goods passes to the buyer once the order is dispatched from our warehouse. However, we work proactively with our logistics partners to resolve transit damage or loss issues on your behalf. We strongly recommend reporting any issues within 48 hours so we can raise a claim with the courier.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

• Defective or faulty (manufacturing defect)
• Damaged during transit
• Incorrect item sent (wrong product or SKU)

Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be obtained from our team before sending items back — contact info@pksafety.in to initiate a return.

• Products without original packaging or missing tags
• Custom-branded or specially procured products
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence
• Products returned without a prior Return Authorisation
• Hygiene-sensitive items (certain types of gloves, masks, earplugs)

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank transfer, card, UPI) or as store credit, at our discretion. You will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.

• Our error (wrong item, defective product, transit damage): PK Safety Services bears the full return shipping cost
• Buyer's request (change of mind, ordered wrong size/qty): Return shipping charges are borne by the buyer

Yes. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement instead of a refund — whichever you prefer. Please mention your preference when you contact us for the Return Authorisation. Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the replacement product.
