PK Safety Services is a B2B wholesale distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE), safety gear, and industrial safety products operating through the website pksafety.in. We supply certified safety products to businesses, contractors, industrial units, construction firms, and government organisations across India.

By using pksafety.in in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, submitting a quote request, or completing a purchase — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user, buyer, or business entity) and PK Safety Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of pksafety.in.

To use our website and place orders, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a business entity, proprietor, contractor, purchasing manager, or authorised representative of an organisation
• Provide accurate and complete registration and billing details
• Not be prohibited from entering into contracts under applicable Indian law
• Have a valid GSTIN (for B2B buyers claiming GST input credit)

PK Safety Services reserves the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or reject orders at its sole discretion without prior notice if eligibility conditions are not met.

To access certain features including bulk pricing, quote requests, and order tracking, you must create a registered account on pksafety.in.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration
• You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account
• PK Safety Services will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account
• One account per business entity is permitted unless otherwise approved in writing
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

PK Safety Services lists a range of certified PPE and safety products on pksafety.in. The following applies to all product listings:

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, or logistics costs
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product appearance may vary slightly
• Product descriptions, specifications, and certification details are provided in good faith and are based on manufacturer information
• Availability of products is subject to stock and may change at any time
• Bulk pricing, discounts, and negotiated rates are provided separately through our quote request system and are not automatically applied at checkout

Placing an order on pksafety.in is an offer to purchase — it does not constitute a confirmed sale until we send you an official Order Confirmation.

• All orders are subject to stock availability and credit approval (for credit account holders)
• You will receive an automated order acknowledgement email upon placing an order
• A separate Order Confirmation email will be sent once your order has been verified and accepted by our team
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or out-of-stock items
• Cancellation of a confirmed order by the buyer may attract a cancellation charge of up to 10% of the order value, depending on order stage
• Custom or specially procured orders cannot be cancelled once placed

PK Safety Services specialises in B2B bulk and wholesale supply of safety equipment. The following terms apply specifically to bulk orders:

• Bulk orders are defined as orders above the minimum order quantities (MOQ) specified per product category
• Bulk pricing discounts are applied as per our published discount tiers and are subject to change
• All bulk order pricing must be confirmed via a formal Purchase Order (PO) or written confirmation from both parties
• Custom branding, logo printing, and colour customisation on products is available for select items — minimum quantities and lead times apply
• Bulk orders may have a lead time of 5–21 business days depending on stock levels and customisation requirements
• Partial deliveries may be made for large orders with the buyer's prior consent
• Bulk order cancellations are not accepted once production or procurement has commenced

The following payment terms apply to all orders placed on pksafety.in or via our sales team:

• Payment is accepted via UPI, NEFT/RTGS, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and online payment gateways as available on the website
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only
• For prepaid orders, goods will be dispatched only after full payment clearance
• Credit account holders must adhere to the agreed payment schedule as stated in the credit agreement
• Overdue payments will attract interest at 18% per annum (1.5% per month) from the due date
• PK Safety Services reserves the right to suspend supply or take legal action for non-payment
• Cheque payments are subject to realisation — goods will only be dispatched after the cheque clears
• All bank charges for wire transfers are to be borne by the buyer

All prices displayed on pksafety.in are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• GST will be charged at the applicable rate for each product category as per the Government of India's GST schedules
• GST-compliant tax invoices will be issued for every order, showing GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, and applicable tax rates
• Buyers with a valid GSTIN can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on purchases as per applicable GST rules
• It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate GSTIN at the time of order placement for B2B invoicing
• PK Safety Services is not responsible for any ITC claims that are rejected due to incorrect GSTIN provided by the buyer
• Any changes in GST rates by the government will be reflected in invoices from the effective date

PK Safety Services delivers across India. The following shipping terms apply:

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation and are indicative, not guaranteed
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order size, product availability, and logistics partner conditions
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery destination — these are displayed at checkout
• Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a specified value — conditions apply and may change
• Title (ownership) and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse or fulfilment centre
• PK Safety Services is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners, natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events
• Buyers must inspect all deliveries at the time of receipt and report any shortage, damage, or discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery
• Claims for transit damage not reported within 48 hours will not be accepted

We aim to deliver quality products on every order. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging and all tags intact
• Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse
• Custom orders, specially procured items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return
• A return authorisation must be obtained from our team before sending back any item — unauthorised returns will not be accepted
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion
• Shipping costs for returns due to buyer error or change of mind will be borne by the buyer
• Shipping costs for returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product) will be fully borne by PK Safety Services

PK Safety Services supplies products from reputed manufacturers that carry industry-standard certifications. The following applies:

• Products are supplied with applicable IS (Bureau of Indian Standards), CE, ANSI, or other certifications as specified in the product listing
• Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are passed on to the buyer and are governed by the manufacturer's own warranty terms
• PK Safety Services does not provide additional warranties beyond what is offered by the manufacturer, unless explicitly stated in writing
• Certifications are valid at the time of supply — buyers are responsible for ensuring products remain compliant with applicable safety regulations during use
• Any warranty claim must be submitted to us in writing within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer
• Warranty is void if products are misused, modified, or not maintained as per manufacturer guidelines

All content on pksafety.in is the property of PK Safety Services or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

• All text, images, logos, icons, graphics, product descriptions, and website design are protected by copyright
• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or transmit any content from this website without prior written permission
• Product brand names, trademarks, and logos displayed on the website belong to their respective owners
• Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

• The seat of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
• The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters not subject to arbitration
• For consumer-related disputes, provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 shall apply wherever applicable
