PK Safety delivers to all states and union territories of India including:

Priority Shipping Zones:

• Maharashtra: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Thane
• Delhi NCR: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad
• Karnataka: Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Hubli
• Tamil Nadu: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy
• All Other States: Complete coverage across India

Remote Areas:

We deliver to remote and hard-to-reach areas. Delivery may take additional 2-4 business days for such locations.

International Shipping:

Currently, we ship only within India. For international orders, please contact us at info@pksafety.com for special arrangements.

Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: 1-2 business days

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next working day

Bulk Orders: 2-4 business days (depending on quantity)

Track Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

1. Order Dispatch Email: Confirmation that your order has been shipped
2. Tracking ID: Unique tracking number for your shipment
3. Courier Partner Details: Name and contact of delivery partner
4. SMS Updates: Real-time delivery status updates on your registered mobile number

• Method 3: Login to your PK Safety account → My Orders → View Tracking

🚚Delivery Process

At the Time of Delivery:

1. Verify Package: Check if the package is sealed and undamaged
2. Show ID: Delivery person may ask for ID proof for verification
3. Sign Receipt: Sign the delivery acknowledgment form
4. Inspect Products: We recommend opening and checking products in presence of delivery person
5. Report Issues: If any damage/wrong item, inform delivery person immediately

Delivery Attempts:

• First Attempt: Courier will attempt delivery at your address
• If Not Available: Delivery person will call/SMS and attempt redelivery
• Second Attempt: Next business day at same address
• Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt within 48 hours
• After 3 Failed Attempts: Order returned to PK Safety warehouse

Safe Delivery Options:

• Leave package with neighbor (with your consent)
• Delivery to security/reception (for offices/apartments)
• Collect from nearest courier hub (if preferred)

📋Damaged or Missing Items

If You Receive Damaged Products:

1. Do Not Accept: Refuse delivery if package is visibly damaged
2. Take Photos: Click photos/video of damaged package and products
3. Contact Us Immediately: Within 24 hours of delivery

4. Provide Details: Order number, photos, description of damage
5. Resolution: We will arrange replacement or full refund within 3-5 business days

Missing Items in Package:

If you ordered multiple items but received fewer:

• Check your order confirmation email for complete item list
• Verify packing slip inside the package
• Contact us within 24 hours with order details
• We will dispatch missing items immediately at no extra cost

⚠️Delivery Exceptions

Situations That May Delay Delivery:

• Incorrect Address: Wrong/incomplete shipping address provided
• Recipient Unavailable: No one available to receive delivery after 3 attempts
• Weather Conditions: Heavy rain, floods, storms affecting courier operations
• Public Holidays: National/regional holidays, bandhs, strikes
• Restricted Areas: Areas with security restrictions or access limitations
• Force Majeure: Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest
• Courier Delays: Operational issues at courier partner end

High Volume Seasons:

During festival seasons, sales events, or year-end, delivery may take 1-2 extra days due to high order volume. We notify customers in advance during such periods.

📍Changing Delivery Address

Before Dispatch:

You can change delivery address anytime before order dispatch:

• Login to your account → My Orders → Edit Address
• Or call customer support: +91-7600130835
• Address change is FREE before dispatch

After Dispatch:

Once order is dispatched, address change is difficult :

• Contact us immediately with new address
• We will try to update with courier partner
• Not guaranteed – depends on courier partner's policy

↩️Undelivered Orders (RTO)

Return to Origin (RTO) Process:

If order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, it is marked RTO (Return to Origin):

1. RTO Notification: You receive email/SMS about failed delivery
2. Contact Period: 48 hours to contact us and arrange redelivery
3. Redelivery Charges: ₹100-₹150 for reattempting delivery
4. Return to Warehouse: If no response, order returned to our warehouse
5. Refund Process: Refund initiated minus ₹100 RTO charges and original shipping (if any)
6. Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after product reaches warehouse

Avoiding RTO:

• Provide correct, complete address with landmark
• Keep phone switched on and reachable
• Track your order regularly
• Respond to courier calls/messages promptly
• Inform alternative contact person if you'll be unavailable

💵Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD Availability:

Cash on Delivery is available across India with the following terms:

COD Terms & Conditions:

• COD available for verified customers only (after first prepaid order)
• Maximum COD order value: ₹5,000
• COD charges are non-refundable
• COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
• Repeated COD rejections may disable COD for your account

🛃Customs & Duties (For Future International Shipping)

Currently, PK Safety ships only within India. When we start international shipping:

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are buyer's responsibility
• Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance
• We are not responsible for customs delays or charges
• Products must comply with destination country regulations
